Cholesterol is found in every cell in your body as well as in some foods that you eat. Simply put there are  2 types of cholesterol - good (HDL- High-density lipoproteins) and bad (LDL -Low-density lipoproteins ).

A healthy lifestyle allows you to put them in balance and achieve a better reality. Blood tests establish your current levels and influence the plan for change.
But there's good news. You can reduce cholesterol with healthy lifestyle changes. The big choice to be made is that none of it's easy. You need to be sold on the idea, the change is necessary.

You'll need to effect change any way that you can, additional research may be necessary if you are the logical type.
The life style changes may include:

- take prescribed medication
